Discovery Driving Tour: Carmel - Beyond the Village

Service Description
Venture beyond the village on a thoughtfully mapped route through Carmel, visiting working artist studios and tucked-away creative spaces, with your artist host introducing you to the artists and their work at each stop. Enjoy a bakery treat, wine tasting, and an original art keepsake as part of your private experience. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with advance notice and confirmation of notice, and the route will be tailored to include dog-friendly stops. Tours begin at 10:00 AM; alternate start times may be available by request.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Discovery Tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, with payment in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability. Because each private tour is planned in advance around artist availability, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. For last-minute availability or alternative dates, please contact us directly. Tour & Meeting Details You’ll follow a thoughtfully mapped route in your own vehicle, with your artist host meeting you at each stop. Your starting location, route details, and day-of information will be provided by email and text before your tour. Bringing a Dog Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the Carmel Discovery Tour with advance approval. Please let us know at the time of booking and wait for confirmation that your dog can be accommodated. Up to two dogs may join, and your route will be tailored to include dog-friendly artist studios and stops. Bringing a Dog Dogs must be leashed and under their owner's control during visits. Some artists have dogs of their own, so please let us know if your dog is uncomfortable around other dogs. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Because each private tour is planned in advance around artist availability, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
