Cancellation Policy
Small-group tours require a minimum of two guests to operate. If the minimum is not met, we’ll contact you at least 24 hours before your tour and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Dogs are not permitted on small-group tours. If you’d like to bring your dog, please book one of our dog-friendly private tours. Cancellations or rescheduling are available up to 48 hours before your tour. Your phone number will only be used for information related to your scheduled tour, including meeting location and day-of updates. Standard text rates may apply.
