Art Tours by the Sea launches this Fall with artist-led coastal experiences that connect guests with working studios, creative communities, and the hidden places that make California's coast so inspiring.
In August and early September, we'll be hosting invitation only preview tours as we finalize our routes and introduce guests to our participating artists. In the meantime, we invite you to explore our upcoming experiences and discover what's waiting this Fall.
Private Tours
Limited to only 1–3 guests, these exclusive experiences offer behind-the-scenes access to working artist studios, meaningful conversations with local artists, and the opportunity to discover the hidden places and stories that define each coastal community.
From beginning to end, each tour is personally curated and includes refreshments, thoughtful local touches, and a complimentary artist-created keepsake from your host. Join us for a memorable, uniquely personal journey through California's creative coast.

Small Group Tours
Intimate, Artist-Led Coastal Experiences
Designed for just 2–6 guests, these thoughtfully curated small-group experiences offer behind-the-scenes access to working artist studios and creative communities. Meet local artists, hear the stories behind their work, and discover hidden coastal places beyond the usual tourist paths.
Select afternoon tours also offer an optional add on create with an artist experience, where guests can continue the adventure by creating a coastal-inspired keepsake to take home.
Traveling with a larger group? Custom private experiences for families, friends, corporate groups, & special occasions can be arranged.
Paws by the Sea
Dog-Friendly Coastal Art Experiences
In addition to our signature tours, Paws by the Sea offers private coastal art experiences for guests who enjoy exploring with their four-legged companions.
Discover dog-friendly artist studios, hidden coastal gems, walking trails, and favorite local spots at a relaxed pace designed for connection, creativity, and shared experiences.
Along the way, enjoy conversations with local artists, refreshments for guests, special treats for your pup, and recommendations for favorite dog-friendly beaches, creative cafés, and coastal walks known primarily to locals.

Guests who wish to continue the experience may choose an optional artist-led creative activity on select afternoon tours. Designed for all skill levels, these relaxed sessions provide a welcoming opportunity to explore your creativity while creating a memorable coastal keepsake to take home.
